The app was created to help my local doctor, using an out of date/faulty infrasound device.
The application will estimate EDD (Estimated Date of Delivery) and gestation of the human fetus.Calculations are independent and use the latest formulae and constants to get an estimate.Calculations available:LMP - Fist day of Last Menstrual Cycle.
Normally used in the first trimester or no infrasound available.
A crude calculation relying on often faulty human memory and uncertainty in the nature and timing of conception.CRL - The crown–rump length is measured as the greatest length in a straight line from the cranial to the caudal end of the body in the straightest possible position of the embryo/fetus.
This calculation is viewed as the most accurate method for determining gestation, when done in the first trimester.BPD - Biparietal diameter, the diameter of the babys head and HC (head circumference), the length going around your babys head.
A common measurement for estimating a delivery date in the later stages of pregnancy.
